I'm interested in all this stuff but I have no idea what a psi-wheel is or how to actually make one (if possible). I looked through most of the articles and couldn't find anything....Any tips?

A Pin-wheel (psi-wheel) is just folded square paper on a pin...simple as that, it's in the Psions Handbook PDF file.

Here's a small step-by-step guide:

1. Get paper (3x3cm)
2. Fold paper in half, then open and fold the other way, so you get like a window square.
3. Push the unfolded corners in.
4. Place on pin/pointy object.
5. Spin it.

about the pointy object, you can use a paper clip and bend the end piece straight up, or what i do is get a large eraser, and stick a needle in it. voila!

Uhhhhh, I just read that dice technique in that article and it said something about getting the number you wanted less often is a good thing...I was actually playing a lot of dice yesterday and tried using what little PK I have heard of to help me. I lost 40 games in a row...Heh, just felt like saying something.
