I would describe what I see looks familiar to a tadpole egg. Theres a perfect circle and inside the circle, in the central region is a dot. I'm not sure why I can see these at certain times. The only time I see them that i've linked to their apearance is looking at the sky (daytime, with or without sun.) Does anyone have the slightest clue what i'm talking about? I tried to explain it as best I could. Anyones opinion on what these are is greatly appreciated.

its called atoms or acidic fluid in your eyes, it can help you gather energy thats what i use it for, try to control them it will look like black smoke.

Uh. It's just stuff that's gotten stuck in your eyes, and has happily managed to pass by your eyesight part of view.

Fun to watch, but useless.

I think you're describing what's called "floaters". A lot of people have them, and usually you shouldn't worry about them unless they seriously disturb your vision. Wikipedia has got some info about it, as always: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floaters

yeah, i have a floater that looks exactly like what you described.
