Right before i go to sleep, i start to get these random images. They are like scenarios that play off in my head like im there. Like when i laid down and tried to go asleep, i started seeing the scenario. I was in my classroom and someone threw a paper ball at me. It felt so real that i jumped when i got hit with it. I dont think it was a lucid dream because i was still very well awake when it happened. Its like i went lucid without even going to sleep. What do you guys think? |

What you described is exactly hynagogic imagery. These are random hallucinations that appear when between awake and asleep. |

those can be REALLY annoying... lol.
One time while falling asleep in class, I was about to jump in my "halluncination" and my actual body tried to jump, only problem was that I was sitting down, it didn't feel very good ![]() |

I have some of this also. I imagine a train coming really fast. I know i'm imagining it and i know that my body is in a bed but when the train collides with me i move my arms and i cross them in front of me (in my real body). I tryed to improve my technique experiencing this halucination a lot of times but i've never controled my instincts and i always cross my arms |
