I was wanting to use weights as resistance training for quite some time now.. haven't found any weights but. to move a larger object with TK, your head will probably think that this object is heavier, therefore harder to move. But I thought if you always wore weights, heavy ones, your head will think "the weights make everything heavy, the objects are actually much lighter, therefore easier to move". If we can connect the subconcious with the physical in that way, do you think it would be easier to move objects with TK?

I kinda tried this, i downsized my psi wheel yesterday, and hey i can spin it easier.. so it got me thinking that.

Its like "Whatever rocks your boat". Mostly. Very Happy

So basically if your sub-c believes it helps, it will help. Ive made all things clear to my sub-c that all u need is pure brain power and other things aint related to it.
