Last night, I had an idea. I thought about the subconcious and how it seemed to kinda show it's self when you are just about to go to sleep... i believe i know this is my subconcious, because it has a very unusual pattern of thought. Anyway, i lied on the couch, totally relaxed, a psi wheel was next to me. I was normally spinning it with my psi, but i brought my hand further away, i just stopped trying to use psi, and it was still spinning for about 20 more seconds... i don't remember anything after that.
So i wonder, if being super tierd to the point where you would fall asleep at any point, could be just as good as talking to your sub after meditation or just active. Has anyone else done something like this?

The more fitigued your mind is, the easier it is to focus on one thing and one thing only. Mian problem in most PK is thinking about somthing besides it moving. When you are tired your mind is to weak to think more then it has to. So it's on a think-do kinda of loop. This is how i first did the psi wheel (2 am).

On the contrary, when you're tired, your mind can only focus on one thing. It is too tired to pay attention to 3-4 different things at a time.
