i suggest you read all possible aticles. psipog.net then hit articles then psychokinesis
read all that. if you dont understand it because of your not reading english, you can probably get the main idea. Just keep reading and reading. I read these things over and over and for about a week i just read as many as i can find. Start there. Rahmid |

I find it better to concentrate on your breath without counting them, because when I think of numbers and other stuff, my mind starts trailing off into other thoughts, so I usually drown those thoughts by listening to my breathing, and echoing the breathing in my head to stop all the extra thoughts... | ||

That is true! When i was little and trying to go to sleep, math problems would keep popping up in my head, and i HAD to solve them or it would bug me. idk its wierd.
You could also use a mantra. A common one is inhale "sat" (said like Sot) in sanskrit, and exhale "nam" (said like nom). It roughly mean peace=sat love=nam. The important thing is that what ever you do, it makes you relaxed and focused. I believe focus is key. And i believe to become good at PK involes being able to think about nothing else but the movment of that object. Rahmid |
