Ok, im newer to actually having success to making shields, and stuff like that, but my question is, how do i take the shield down? I was just messin, and made a shield of just energy... i dont remember programming it to do anything, but its just been kinda annoying, i think i made it too close to me or something, because everytime i sit down, all i can feel is energy, especially around my left side, and it tingles constantly... is this normal? anyways, i imagined the shield coming down, but still have had no success in actually bringing it down... what should i do? anyways, all help would be appriciative Smile

try just absorbing it or take your time slowly dismantling it....

What I do is (as if I was manipulating my energy, but instead I "grab" the actual shield) pull the shield to the center of my body, so the actual circumference would decrease, and imagine it as if it were to become a sphere in the center of me. Then I imagine it dissapating, maybe even flowing through my body sometimes, and let it slowly go away.

What I do would, I would Re-Absorb the shields energy, or you could try what you want...up to you..
