I need help. I've been feeling this electricity running down my arms when I breathe a certain way. It's hot and burns me as well as other people. It seems to be rooted around my solar plexus/heart area. Has anyone had this happen to them?

nah i havent sorry. Sounds kinda strange though you might wanna go to a doctor if its really burning you, as it may have nothing to do with pyrokinesis.

Tell me how you are breathing. I might know what is happening. Do you feel downward energy from above and upgoing energy from below resolve around each other around the heart/plexus area?

Try to learn how to control it. If you are focussing enough and you have enough control, it should not burn you, it should only burn the things you want to burn.

i can raise my temp by breathing a certain way, but it doesnt hurt me. And today my friend was feeling weak so i tried giving her some energy (sort of charge her up lol) Sad but that hurt her (wasnt supost to and it was the first time i have ever tried anything like that) Confused probably has nothing to do with the orignal post but i think it sounds similare Very Happy

Try asking your sub-c about it and put sheilds up
Also dont breath that way

Ah... now that i have posts, i can respond to this!

Ok, so can you please tell us how you breathe? If we can reproduce it, we can probably help you more. It also might have something to do with Qigong, a Chinese Meditative art.
