Hey, im practicing wih a ball of foil on table and im practicing with schedules now maybe it will work. Ive trow my psiwheel away cause im kinda sick of it. So im going to try to move the foil. Anyway my question is, do you practice with schedules?

I dont use schedules I just practice on and off during a day, with sessions around 10 minutes.

Did you slide the ball or did you roll it?

hmmm a ball of foil. never thought of that.

sceduals really are over-rated. Just practice when you want. Keep it breif and fun. I hear people all too often, some just got back into it after a year + and are saying they get bored of their psiwheels, but cant move anything else. Keeping it interesting, and having lots of household items to move would be a plus.
