whoooaa... wait wait wait. Big question. So monroe says that you must control the vibrations, then you are ready to leave your body. Then he continues on to tell you how. He says focuse on the vibrations and push them out of your head, and down to your feet.

So my question is, so does not focusing on them at all make them more intense as well?

EDIT: Holy shit man..... just tried it like that, and that was waaay too intense. I had to sort of drift in and out of that state to stick with it. I just have to get used to that i guess.

i have had a few months of practice, so i almost have the passiveness down. There is something interesting i stumbled upon though. I thought about the process over and over again and then it hit me... The falling trance feeling, and the vibrations have some sort of relationship. So what i did, was i first tried to snag the falling feeling. I dont normally use that so it was alittle hard at first, but as soon as i got it, i used the see saw effect to bring out the vibes, then i used the monroe tech to intensify them. Thats when i felt the lifting. like there was a cloud outlining my body under me.

The vibes, and the falling feeling have a correlation with one another.

Question hmm interesting stuff, its like a cocktail of different techniques, i've never tried (or thought about trying) to bring out the vibes with the sea saw effect, that could work for me. Will try it, cheers.
