It feels hot and my hands twitch and hurt and when I move my fingers it feels like it is hard to move

but on peebrains method it tells you that you have to visualize, but I didnt.

Am I doing it right?

Relax, don't tense your hands, let it lay loose, be a light as a feather....be as relaxed as you can be, don't use any streagth, and results are more noticable and more accurate.

Or, sit in a cold room, and try to warm your forhead up above room tempature. There are many things you cannot see that are real. Most Psi balls do not put out light. If you can feel it, it is real. You cannot see the air that easly either, though, it is real.

i can see air easily, but if you make something so if you, yourself are creating something you need a sense to make it real.

Really!? That is what feeling is there for, Psi has a thickish like feeling, thicker than air, so it exists.

thanks I have just created a cold psi ball and it feels kind of the same as before but colder, kind of like cold electricity 0_o

anyway the not tensing of my hand thing helped a lot thanks

Wow... You're all really good... All I can do is make my hands tingle like crazy... And I thought that I could see static between my hands? O_o

Hmm, I actually don't remember. I think I may have, but I know i didn't every time. I know i couldn't see my first one and I could hardly feel them when I started. If i remember correctly though It was my third or fourth try in the same session.
