Virally infect the link.
People think it's difficult because it is. If you think about the link after severing it, it usually re-establishes. You need to forget about it immediately, so then you wonder what you've forgotten, so you remember and it re-establishes. |

Well, you won't be getting bombarded with thoughts/emotions, and if you scan around, there'll be no link. |
