I personally didn't have much success with visualization. That doesn't mean others won't... that's just my personal experience.

Works for me. I use the Psion Guild's method. A dense stream of energy directed at the object, make the colour low on the electromagnetic spectrum (red and similar).

Both work fine. But then again, "grabbing" and pulling it is pretty much pushing though, but pushing the energy wrapped around it into the object towards you.

i believe you can do it with visualisation i did do it a few times but it doesnt work instantly... and its harder because you realize that your not in the visualization, your in real life.., i guess if you make your visualization as real as possible it will work

When I first started I had little experience with visualization, but kept learning new techniques that actually improved my visualization with the movement of the object I was trying to move Wink. Though, when I introduced myself to 'feel'-ing the energy instead of visualizing it results showed much improvment and better control Shocked.

Yes, visual visualisation sucks. Use tactile. Also, I find it's best to sort of visualise passively.

When i started in Telekinesis i used visualization and never did get alot of results. I use the just do it method. Its one of the hardest methods to explain, but once you get the hang of it I believe you will have great success in TK.

I have a tendency to agree with Randy. The just do it method is wha thas always worked for me. I have zero results using mental images. IN fact, when i do get a pinwheel moving, if I close my eyes and try to visualize it moving, it stops every time. Plus, energy methods have never done anything for me ebcause I have little to no experience with energy. When I move he wheel, if I'm using energy I can't tell, nor can I feel any real strain. The hard part is getting it to move in the first place, after that I can watch tv if I want, so long as I don't completely forget about the wheel.
