Ayenima Joined: 26 Feb 2006 Posts: 46	I recently started trying this in class, and it works pretty well. Lets say you see....a pencil. Try to imagine this pencil as the center of the room. Try to see everything around it as if its in another place. Imagine everything else is stuck together, and that pencil is the only thing that you can move. Another method is White/Black. Look at something, lets say a pencil again. Look at it, and imagine EVERYTHING around it as white. If the object you're looking at is white, imagine everything as black.
