Recently, and idea came to my mind: If dreamwalking exists, why not have 2 Lucid Dreamers combine dreams and have fun? These people do not necessarily have to know eachother personally; they can be forum friends who want to have a friend in a dream. I think this is a good idea, but I would like to see if you guys think it is a good idea as well 'cause Dreamwalking ain't Dreamwalking without someone else there. Any posts would be appreciated Very Happy .

Added Note: This would also help forum members know eachother better without any traveling or necessarily any danger (don't be a mean dream hog!)

Sounds good to me. The added note might not work, because you can fake a lot of things in a dream.

That thought occured to me. One way we can prevent the faking is by asking the dream "buddy" if they saw what you saw. Hopefully the dream "buddy" won't lie and say yes or say no. It would have to be a trustworthy person for that.

Because of the lack of responses, and suggestions, I believe that I should bump this topic. Bump.

Edit: To prevent people from pointing toward the edit button, I double posted on purpose to give my thread one more round before sinking or staying afloat.

True, but in pandoras box, there was a gem: hope. I hope that that will not happen, and that they will behave themselves. Thank you for the comment.

While your lying down, tell yourself that you wil wake up during the dream, then focus on a dreamland target. In this case of dreamwalking, if you want to, think about the person's name as well.

Now if only that had a 100% success rate... www.ld4all.com has lots of information on it. So as to make this not a spam post I'll give some help too.

When learning to ld (lucid dream), doing the above helps. It can get you an ld on it's own, though this is unlikely. Keeping a dream journal is a given, just jot down your dreams when you wake up. There are various ways of falling asleep that can help, though you'll probably only have a use for one or two. These would be:

MILD - Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream - Basically just fall asleep repeating mentally something like "I will dream. I will remember the dream." or "I will wake up in my dream." over and over and over until you fall asleep. Helps dream recall.

WILD - Wake? Induced Lucid Dream - Basically fall asleep but still be conscious when you do. Hard to explain. Is usually only useful after you are fairly used to the basics.
