Possibly, but we don't know enough about the human soul yet. It could very well kill you.

soul? all i have is a brain with memories and a body. as far as i know the only reason shows like "star trek" has them is becouse of wonderous technologies.

It might be possible, but its hard to say. The topic of teleportation seems to be more complex than most other areas of psionics. I would ponder on this, but quantum physics just isn't my cup of tea.

It's been done. It is, therefore, possible.

The patrician puts it in simple terms, you are here, you want to be there - whats stopping you?

I agree witht he general sentiment - anythings possible

although imust ask rainsong whos done it?

Remote viewing, yes.
Spirit teleportation, yes.
Body teleportation, not currently known, probably not.

Any thing's possible. i would start with teleporting little peices of paper around, not my body though. i am currently trying something for PK, but i suppose i could try this too.

A fellow I went to school with has done it. I'm not about to publish his name on a website without his consent, though....We don't still keep in touch, and to give you a timeframe, I finished my Bachelor's degree back in 1994. Therefore, the chances that I'd even request his consent for such a thing are "slim to nil".

I have heard of other folks who claim to have done it, but I cannot comment on the veracity of their claims.

There is nothing in the Laws of Physics which would make it impossible, either (there's one "law" it would violate, if it were not for the countering effect of another law...it gets a bit complicated, but it is possible).

Well, let's look at this at a microscopic level.

On your desk you have a piece of paper. In this solid object there are many condensed atoms.

Above the piece of paper is air. It consists of many non-condensed atoms.

To make the paper trade places with the air, in the sense of moving it, you have a few options:

1. Physical force
2. Psi (Mental force)

The act of teleporation would simply be the effect of causing atoms to "jump" across each other and trading places.

To actually cause the paper to "teleport" into the air, you'd have to have some way of causing the atoms of the air to trade places with the atoms of the paper.

Am I wrong in any of this?

sounds correct to me but i havnt got into much of molecular science but if you really want to try it then do it with small things and work your way up...

Possible in theory

Reality? No, you would have to diassemble yourself atom by atom, transport it through another plane/dimension/whatever and then reassemble yourself.

Good luck

You actully beleive that after you dissassemble every single atom from your body and reassemble it, you will be the same person? The brain is like ram, if it stops working, the information is lost.
