derricktheone Joined: 29 Jul 2006 Posts: 356	LOL sure hope not....but seriously it's very hard to describe and I always thought everyone can do this because it's always been so natural for me...I think eventually It'll help me in some aspect of psionics...hopefully And I tried doing it continuously (because it comes in strong bursts) while doing the motionless meditation for about 20 minutes already (and trying to OBE), so I had to try EXTREMELY hard not to move and I didn't, and in about 20 seconds there was a VERY distinct "wall/sphere" of heat encompasing my body from there until my whole body was reeeaaal hot...but thats it..no OBE or other special occurence

Skyz Joined: 03 Jul 2006 Posts: 13	On the voices thing, I think that's just in your head. Try to think about it logically and remember that the line between dreaming and having an OBE is very slim. It's natural for the conscious mind to resent letting the subconscious take over, or rather fear giving up the control to something unfamiliar, no one is an exception to this and that's why I think everyone feels that terror when an OBE begins to take place.
