For those of you who have been able to roll anything, how long do you focus on the it before it begins to roll or move a tad? I stare at it regularly and mostly half an hour a day but it doesn't budge yet...too bad... Sad

it takes me about 10-30secs before i see any results but the concentration times and power of movement decrease as i get further away with

One hand 1 foot away - 10-30secs
no hands 2 foot away - 20 - 60secs

basically every 1 foot away i get from the above methods add 10-20 secs for concentration times and roughly halve the amount of movement

I don't have that distance problem. I think that is just a psychological issue. I don't view the matter as being seperated, so I guess it makes sense why. I takes me about a minute, give or take about 30 secs, to connect with and move anything round.

it took me ages and i only get a couple of roles now and then Very Happy but im still counting that as being able to role something Laughing i would say it took me about a month an a half .... might have been longer Confused
