The word you're looking for is Retro Micro Psychokinesis. There are several sites devoted to the study of it.
baseballwinner22 asks on January 24, 2004, 11:59am:
Is there any research in the United States concerning Telekinesis? I mean so many people can do this and it would be a great military and government achievement! Any tips on Telekinesis or methods? I have been practicing for a while now and every time I attempt to biuld a psiwheel my pin pierces my aluminum! Please help me??
Rainsong replies on January 24, 2004, 5:46pm:
1) Yes, there is research in the US concerning telekinesis.
2) Tips? Read the articles, and try stuff.
3) If the pin is piercing the aluminum, don't push the wheel onto the pin, or use heavier foil.
walnutgum asks on December 4, 2003, 8:08pm:
Ni, Did you start out like us?Working with psi wheels and meditating? I just wanna know so I can see that I can work up too
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:12pm:
I'm not NI, but I know the answer to this question .
NI started by saying how crazy we all were on an old message board. We convinced him to start practicing to "prove us wrong". So he did.
So, to answer your question: he started off with no prior skill. Just like mostly everyone here.
Correct me if I'm wrong, NI.
stevetb2001 asks on December 11, 2003, 11:19am:
Well, I have a little problem.
I can move the psiwheel very well, but the problem is that I cannot do it NOT to move!
I mean that from the time that I move it I can't keep it steady. It keeps spinning!Even if later I dont look it.
That means that in the future I will move heavy objects (pens...etc) without my will? or this is a defection of tk?
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:10pm:
I had the same problem. I had to practice NOT moving it, actually. I would sit there, thinking "ok, now move", and of course it would be spinning, then switch to, "ok, now stay still", and see if I could will it to stop spinning. Practic both, switch between them quickly, etc...
Nazariel asks on December 14, 2003, 11:35am:
Hi I have been practicing TK for a few weeks and at first it was going really well and at the third day (i think) day I had it spinning slowly with my hands near it. Then the next day I tried spinning it but when I trieds spinning ti one way it span the other way, and now I can only get to jerkily spin, can you explain why at all please?
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:09pm:
Your ability to control the direction needs to be practiced. This is like asking "I've practiced a little, and didn't get 100% correct, why not?" - the answer is because you need more practice. You've got some of it down, keep practicing, and get the rest.
DarklordDJ101 asks on January 17, 2004, 9:54am:
No luck with TK. I havn't had any luck with TK and I've been practicing for 6 weeks .And my friend just started and he can roll pencils. any suggestions to Practice?
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:06pm:
Practice longer. Some people get it soon, others take months, others take years.

Tk_Master asks on January 20, 2004, 3:50pm:
I was wondering, when you practice moving an object or levitating one, do you go straight to the just do it method, or do you build off a technique then after you have seen it and felt it do you then move to the do it method. I was just curious to know how you did it.
thanks
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:03pm:
Most people build up to the "just do it"-method. Usually the person figures a way to trigger the TK, then slowly figures out how to directly do TK (i.e, "just do it"). Try both.

I want to learn how to use telekinesis (sp?). How should I start off?
Thanks in advance

Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:02pm:
Try reading the articles. See the link on the left that says "Articles: Detailed how-to information on a variety of abilities"? Click on that. It has how-to information on a variety of abilities, including telekinesis. I suggest looking under "The Kinesis" section.
_Nick_ asks on January 20, 2004, 9:35pm:
Not sure if this goes here or under other...
I checked out fork-you.com from the links section here, I tried to do it a couple times but have so far been unsuccessful, was just wondering if anyone here has had any success with bending silverware?
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:01pm:
A while back we actually had an online fork-bending party in the chat room. There were a few people who got it to work. One person didn't get it until a few hours after the party ended. It was pretty cool... So to answer your question: yes, people have done it.

DarklordDJ101 asks on January 21, 2004, 7:08am:
Can distractions like too much homework friends, instrument playing, girls distract me from acommplishing TK?
Peebrain replies on January 21, 2004, 1:00pm:
Distractions break your focus, and focus is required for controlled TK. So, try to minimize the distractions.
